Directions: Just north of the intersection of 28th
and Valmont in Boulder on the east side of the street at Pasta Bozza. Pasta Bozza shares a plaza with Subway
and a Judo center.

Pricing structure is as
follows:
¯ Cost of the meal per person. Prices are listed on menus.
¯ $20 Shopping Fee. Chef Maria shops at local farmerÕs markets, specialty food
stores, ethnic grocery stores to find the best ingredients.
¯ Service Time. $40/hour. This service time includes the time
spent at your home preparing and serving the meal as well as taking care of
clean-up. Most of the food
preparation will happen prior to coming to your home.
¯ You can also elect to pick up the prepared food if
you choose to not have Chef Maria serve you at your home. By choosing this option, you would not
pay for service time.

o 2 to 10 people = $40/hour (Chef Service)
o 10 to 18 people = $65/hour (Chef + Sous Chef
service)
o 19- to 50 people = $90/hour (Chef + Sous Chef +
assistant service)
¯ You can also elect to pick up the prepared food
rather than having Chef MariaÕs team serve your function. By choosing this option, you would not
pay for service time.
