Simple Toasted Garlic Dipping Sauce

Here's my super simple recipe for a versatile dipping sauce you can enjoy in a variety of ways throughout the week!

Simple Toasted Garlic Dipping Sauce

Directions:

1. Slice 3 cloves of garlic and cover in a small saucepan with 1/2 cup of extra-virgin olive oil.
2. Add the zest of 1/2 lemon and 1 teaspoon chopped rosemary.
3. Simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Season with celtic sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and fresh parsley.

I love this sauce for dipping!

Keep it in the fridge all week to jazz up the following simple components:

  • Steamed or Roasted Vegetables

  • Pulled Rotisserie Chicken

  • Sliced Steak (beef, lamb, bison)

  • Duck

  • Baked Whole Sweet Potatoes

  • Spaghetti Squash
