Healing Golden Latte

I love drinking this as the cool evenings stream in.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk

  • 2 tablespoons fatty coconut milk

  • 1 scoop collagen

  • Toasted: 

    • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric

    • Pinch each cardamom, black pepper, sea salt

    • ½ teaspoon ground ginger

    • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

    • 1 teaspoon raw honey or desired sweetener

    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Warm milk and add milk to other ingredients in blender. Blend on low and increase to medium until combined. Taste to adjust and enjoy.

  2. If you want to increase the quantities and make a large batch to drink throughout the week, it will keep in a covered jar in the fridge for 4 to 5 days.
