Chef Maria attended Pennsylvania Culinary Institute Le Cordon Bleu Program in Pittsburgh, PA where she trained in classical cuisine and techniques.  She has traveled extensively and been inspired by world cuisine.  Since she graduated from culinary school, she constantly seeks out new food knowledge and skills.

Special Food NeedsÉ

Moving to Boulder in 2005, Chef Maria worked in restaurants and as a private chef and caterer.  Often facing clients struggling with food allergies, Chef Maria developed this dimension of her repertoire to be able to fully cater to the needs of these individuals.
